Can I change/ cancel my order?Updated a year ago

Once an order has been confirmed, it is not possible to change it. MORI Customer Care team may be able to cancel, allowing you to replace the order. However, this is not guaranteed.

Please contact our Customer Care team at [email protected] or via live chat & we will try our best to cancel the order before it is dispatched. 

Once your order has been processed in our warehouse, we can no longer make changes.
